Ethos Development is planning a 130-unit transit-oriented apartment building in North Portland adjacent to the Killingsworth MAX station. The project is intended to provide housing to both PCC students and downtown commuters. All of the units in the building feature efficient floorpans and many include built-in furniture. As a complement to the eight units in the building that will be rented to residents earning 60% of the Area Median Income, the rest of the building is designed to provide market rate affordability by way of efficient floorplans and sub-market gross rents.
